Payment Policy

· Hourly rates are billed in quarter-hour increments.

· A signed contract, outlining the details of the project, can be requested before work is to begin.

· A $40.00 minimum fee (1 hour) is charged on all projects.

· A 50% deposit is required on all assignments prior to work being started.

· We reserve the right to add a 20% surcharge to all projects requiring "Rush" service.

· Invoices are sent out after work is completed and due NET 15 Business Days after work is completed. There will be a $35.00 service fee for any returned checks.

· We accept payments in the form of business checks, cashier's checks, and money orders.

· Payment can also be made online with Visa, MasterCard and Discover through the Paypal system.
