Rates/Policy

  • Hourly rates are billed in quarter-hour increments for transcription.  Fees for other services other than transcription will be discussed/negotiated.

  • A signed contract, outlining the details of the project, can be requested before work is to begin.

  • A $40.00 minimum fee (1 hour) is charged on all projects.

  • We reserve the right to add a 20% surcharge to all projects requiring “Rush” service; less then 24 hour turnaround for 1 hour of audio or more

  • Invoices are sent out after work is completed and due within NET 15 Business Days. There will be a $35.00 service fee for any returned checks.

  • We accept payments in the form of business checks, cashier’s checks, money orders, Venmo, Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express. (2.75% fee will be added for all credit card payments)

  • Payment can also be made online through Paypal.
